Rob Worden is the President and CEO of Vision Net, bringing over three decades of telecom and technology management experience to the role.
With a strong background in leadership positions across the telecom sector, he holds a BA degree from the University of Calgary and an MA degree from the University of Leeds. Thrilled to lead Vision Net into the next growth phase, Rob is committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Alongside his wife he recently moved to Montana, bringing their love for the state and its warm hospitality.
Gary Evans, Vision Net’s COO, has been with the company for over 20 years. After graduating from Montana State with a Bachelor of Science in EET, Gary worked for Heberly Engineering, designing and building Vision Net’s original statewide IP network in 1996.
Since joining the Vision Net team in 2002, Gary has built his skill set and is currently responsible for overseeing Vision Net’s E911 service, MPLS/IP network, Data Center services, facilities, and Vision Net’s NOC.
A 4th generation Montanan, Gary and his wife, Jennifer, live in the Highwood mountains with their daughter Regan and son Riley.
Bob Terwilliger brings 31 years of experience in accounting and finance to Vision Net. With 15 years as a CFO, he has worked in the telecommunications, biotech, and manufacturing industries. Bob earned his BA in Business Administration from Washington State University and is based in our Billings office.
Bob’s wife Carol is a Montana native, and both are thrilled to live in the city where she grew up. Life in Billings allows Bob and Carol to maintain and expand their family ties, and they love the community, and the lifestyle Billings offers.
As Vision Net’s first CFO, Bob brings extensive telecom experience to our company. Early in his career, Terwilliger worked in the industry for firms including Sprint, GST Telecommunications, Nextel International, and Birch Telecommunications, noting that this was in the early days of mobile technology.
Lee Kimmet is a native of Sunburst, Montana. Lee and his wife, Linda, have one daughter, Kaylee. Joining Vision Net in 2005, Lee is currently the Transport Services Manager. Before joining the Vision Net team, Lee worked for MAIN for 2 years. With over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry ranging from technician, Outside Plant Engineer, Network/Broadband Engineer, supervisor, and currently as our VP Network Operations.
With over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry ranging from technician, Outside Plant Engineer, Network/Broadband Engineer, supervisor, and currently as our Transport Services manager. Lee earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.
A Montana native, Lee is proud of his work in helping to grow the Montana economy through Vision Net’s client-focused transport network.
Roy is a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry with various leadership roles in sales and business development across the United States. Formally educated in Trust and Investment Management at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC, Roy joined Vision Net in 2012.

Living in Great Falls provides Roy, his wife, and two sons the opportunity to explore the great State of Montana.
